reservations

you can book table through the social networks of the guachinche. Only half of the place is reserved, the other half is kept free and taken care of in order of arrival. In this way it is sought to be fair to the elderly or others who do not reserve, either because they do not have the means or because they simply prefer not to do so, and at the same time allows to organize in advance before numerous tables or events.

Review of Juan

I went to Guachinche Lala for the first time in La Perdoma last week, I had been listening to the site for a while and I was finally encouraged.

I went with a friend of Gran Canaria who was visiting the island and wanted to try something typical of northern Tenerife.

We asked for steps, chickpeas and a salad to accompany, and we also fell with a chicken in salmorejo that we were recommended on the table.

The step was with that gofio point and fish broth that I love, and the chickpeas had a homemade taste that you can see they take their time to the fire.

The salad, simple but fresh, was good for everything else.

What did surprise me was how well the chicken was in salmorejo, with that well-laid adobo in the meat, I wasn't expected to be embroidered in a guachinche that well.

The wine is made by themselves, red and white, and served in bulk as it is done in the guachinches of all life around here.

My friend, as she is from Gran Canaria, already knew that in these places the wine is usually of own harvest, so that didn't surprise her so much, but she liked the taste very much.

Raúl attended us, with a very good wave and an earring of the table all the time.

The place went through a reform a while ago and now it has a living room that looks like a traditional Canary house, as well as a large terrace where it is very good when it does good.

I went out looking forward to coming back soon. If you are looking for real, unpostulated canarian food, this is the place that is worth meeting at North.
