I come from eating again in Casa Carlos, in Agua García, and as I always have to tell them because it really is worth it.
For those who don't know it, this is a real guachinche, in Rail Alto 50, Tacoronte, and if you go by car pay attention because the site is almost unseen from the road and the parking is small, so you better get there in time.
Carlos and Raúl are still the same as ever, attentive, with that canarian sympathy that you don't learn, you have. You come in and you already feel at home, I convert with them a while before I sit down because this is it, it's not a restaurant where you come in and out, here you stay chatting.

- Caldy rice of rabbit and mushrooms
- Garbanzas
- Potato tortilla
- Goat meat
- Roasted cheese
- Salad of tomatoes from the orchard
- Pig rib
- Roasted chicken
- Red wine of own harvest
The place has its covered terrace that I personally like more than the living room inside, although the living room also has its charm with the wooden tables and those reserved so well decorated in the old canary style. It depends on the day and who you go with, sometimes I prefer the bustle inside and sometimes the air on the terrace.

They don't have a written letter, so what there is depends on the day, but if I go, I know more or less what usually goes down there. They usually find bald rabbit rice and mushrooms, which in rainy day there is nothing better, chickpeas, potato tortilla, goat meat, roasted cheese, vegetable tomato salad, pork rib and roasted chicken. And the red wine of the house, of its own harvest, that can't be missed on the table.

The prices are not going to find anything put anywhere, but I advance them that is from those places where you get up from the table and are happy to pay. Real boat, almost out of them.

If you go, do not stop trying the step if you have it that day, and if you prefer something lighter the half rations will give them perfectly. I'll keep going, as usual.
