To visit Guachinche Don Trino is to return to the purest essence of the guachinches of Santa Ursula.
Since I arrived, I met an old Canary house, surrounded by nature and tranquility, where time seems to go to another pace.
The environment is simple and authentic, with a close deal that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.
It's the kind of place you don't come to in a hurry, but you want to enjoy and share.
The experience revolves around two clear pillars: traditional canarian cuisine and own harvest wine.

Here only wine of the house is served, made by themselves and with the title of origin Tacoronteo-Acentejo, a detail that already says much of the commitment to tradition.

Each cup is perfectly accompanied by strong and honest dishes, of those that taste like the usual kitchen.
I tried the chickpeas, tasty and well-connected; the step, essential; the goat meat and the grilled meats, juicy and with that home point that is appreciated.
The eggs at stampede are the ones that are remembered, and the grilled cheese with mojo never fails.
To balance, the sanded tomato and saladilla bring freshness and complete a very well-designed table to share.
Beyond food, what makes Don Trino special is the whole.
Eating here is doing it on a farm, with animals around and a rural environment that invites you to disconnect.
It is an ideal place to come with family or friends, enjoy without artificiums and understand what a guachinche really is.
Authenticity, own product and kitchen without complications, but with a lot of heart.
