Guachinche La Pacheca

Every time I go by Isora Guide I try to leave room to go through La Pacheca. It's on North Street, and as with the good guachinches, it opens only for the season, the wine, so if you get the time, don't let it go.

It's from those places without pretensions that you once know no longer forget. Simple tables, a lot of canary charm and the usual, majestic waiter, who on this last visit brought us back to conversation about the island's past while we were waiting for food. It is appreciated that there are still places like this.

A advice from who has already gone a few times, asks for half a ration of several dishes and you will see that it is more than enough, I would almost say abundant. So you can try a little bit of everything without leaving you half pay on the table, which is the good thing to repeat in a guachinche, that you already know the letter and you encourage yourself to vary.

This time we fell again with goat meat, tender and with a taste that many restaurants with star already wanted. We also asked for a saladilla that was full of flavor, and I cannot help but mention the wine, a white from the area that entered alone, fresh and with a lot of character.

The prices remain very reasonable for what they offer, and the treatment of those who are no longer seen. If you go through Isora, don't think about it, La Pacheca is worth it once again.
