New place, no V-plate, but authentic canarian cuisine. It is filled at the weekend, it is recommended to book. It supports pets and has a terrace.
I went to eat at Casa Aguere, the guachinche that he recently opened in the Metropolitan areaOn the street of Joaquín Turina.
I'm warning from now on, this is not a life-long guachinche with his V-plate, it's rather a place that cooks real canarian food, with that granny's house air that we like so much here.
We started with some stuffed potatoes and they were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, as they have to be.
The water eggs also fell on the table and do not disappoint, with that home point that is well thought out.
We also test goat empanadillas and surprise, a lot of flavor and a mass that is at its point. On a strong plate we ask grilled to share and goat meat, both with very good hand at the cooking point.

The place was full, especially for the weekend, and yet the service did not resent at any time.
The waiters go loose between the tables, take care of a smile and even give themselves the time to advise you with the letter if it's your first time. You can tell there's a desire to make things right.
The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, with that mix of local and curious people who come to try the new site.
They have an outdoor terrace with ducks and hens, a detail that gives it a very typical country touch here, and it's also pet friendly, so if you go with the dog there's no problem.
