Guachinche The First

We went into one of the canarian food restaurants. most famous of TenerifeIt was going to be no other than the Guachinche The First.

It is one of the most mythical and well-known guachinches of Santa Ursulawith a card and high quality facilities. Stay to the end so you don't lose anything!

Characteristics of this guachinche

The Guachinche The First pretends to be «the first» guachinche that we meet when we enter Santa Ursula, hence his name.

This also makes it the most accessible guachinche we can find in this town, as it is located next to the highway.

If your location is good your card is better, as they have a wide variety of very appetizable dishes with a presentation and portraits of fear.

All this causes a lot of people to accumulate, especially on Fridays and weekends, although it is not an impediment, as it opens almost every day of the week.

We also want to highlight that they have incorporated a great outdoor terrace, which in summer times will be used perfectly.

The First Guachinche Menu

The menu of this guachinche is composed of about 15 dishes by card, not counting desserts. The letter shows a very original presentation.

First dishes

As we can see in the letter, the entrants are made up of about 9 dishes, and some of them more...

Chickpeas, roast cheese, croquettes, fish churros, stampede eggs, mushrooms, goat meat, chistoras... A large number of dishes chosen to perfection.

Second dishes

As in most guachinches their second dishes are made up of different types of meat made to the roast. There's an exception, though.

Bichillo, secret, chulet, entrocot, chicken and a churrach to suck your fingers, all accompanied by chips or stew if you want.

The exception we were counting was the option of asking for octopus, they do great and give us everything we needed to get to our point.

We had mentioned that this guachinche has the great advantage of opening every day of the week, except on Sundays, so if we want, we can go whenever we want, let's see the schedule.
