Even if it is called Asador Canario, its location belongs to La Matanza, not to the Victory of Acentejo.
This place is the former Guachinche Julián which was located in Santa Ursulawhere for years it has been renewed and evolved to make us known this incredible establishment.
As we can see, the Canary Roof has a design and decoration of another level, with wooden walls, good lights and great cleaning.

A great terrace has recently been opened, because of the need to have an outdoor space to place the diners. It offers an amazing view of the north of Tenerife.

Letter from the Canary Asador
The Canary Asador's letter is quite a good one, offering entrants of all kinds, both of sea, and of the garden and all served with a good presentation and with quite strong rations.

It should be noted that on specific days they do a Pineapple stew with ribs.
